Calling or texting is the best way to connect!
As a owner operated small business, the best way for new customers to connect is by calling or texting. The business phone number is a cell phone number. Your may send texts and photos, but please understand that sometimes there may be a delay in responding due to a lack of service while working on a job site.
Alternatively, you may email me with questions, but please note that email is not checked daily. If you are a new customers, it is advised that you call or text to resolved any issues that need a timely response.
Notes on Phone Communication
-
Please remember that JH Plumbing + Heat is a owner/operator, and services may not be available at all times when traveling or sick.
-
Unknown phone number calls are silenced due to often not being in a position to answer the phone—working, driving, or in rural area out of service.
-
If you leave an emergency message, and don't hear back within 15 minutes, your message may not have been received. Unless there is a "special message" on my answering machine, please trying calling again. I do my best to return all serious emergencies, even to say I am not available.
-
I check my phone messages ASAP for emergencies and priority work. However, replying to normal service requests within 24 hours is my goal; I am only human.
-
If you are requesting service "today" which isn't an emergency, and I don't call you back ASAP, I either cannot meet your request, or haven't recieved it. In either case it is understandable if you have tried to reach another plumber.
-
If you are my customer, I have attached your name to the phone number used to reach you (unless directed otherwise); if you call or text from a different or unknown to me phone number, this may cause a delay.
-
When texting for the first time, state your full name and mention the specific service location.
