Operating notes on phone calls, texts and messages:

Please remember I am the owner/operator of this business, and my services may not be available when I travel or take time off.

+ Unknown phone number calls are silenced. I am often not in a position to answer my phone, as I am usually working (dirty &/or full hands) or driving (clean full hands), or possibly out of cell phone service range (a lot of rural around here!).

+  If you leave an "emergency call" message, and I don't get back to you within 15 minutes, I may not have received the call and/or data. Unless I have left a "special message" on my auto answer saying differently, trying calling again. I do my best to call/reply back for a serious emergeny message, even if it is to say "I am not available".

+ I check my phone messages ASAP for emergencies and priority work. However, replying to normal service requests within 24 hours is my goal; I am only human.

If you are requesting service "today" which isn't an emergency, and I don't call you back ASAP, I either cannot meet your request, or haven't recieved it. In either case it is understandable if you have tried to reach another plumber.

+ If you are my customer, I have attached your name to the phone number used to reach you (unless directed otherwise); if you call or text from a different or unknown to me phone number, this may cause a delay.

+ When texting for the first time, definatly identify your full name. And mention the specific service loction, if that is the subject being discussed.
